Accessories complement the wedding dress and make the bride elegant and chaste.

The bride does not wear jewels. Hands should be free to wear the wedding ring. If you want to wear your engagement ring, do so after the wedding during the reception.

Stockings should not be too thin and reveal the colour of your legs. As for colour, they should be a similar tone of dress. Try different shades and pick up the most appropriate. Hand your mother or a friend, maybe the maiden of honor, a pair of spare stokings just in case you need them.

Gloves enrich the dress, hence they are an important addition. Length can vary. You can match short gloves with summer dresses. It's common to wear medium length or long gloves. During the ceremony, gloves should be placed on the arm rest of the pre-dieu along with the bouquet.

Shoes should match the dress too and should be made of the same fabric.
If the atelier you are buying the dress does not have the appropriate choose you can search them in a specialized shop. Bring a sample of the fabric.Low cut shoes are advisable, heels will not be too high. If the groom is shorter than you are, you can wear sandals.

Try to fit and wear your shoes before the wedding for a couple of hours to make them more comfortable.

The wedding veil is not mandatory. If you like traditions wear a long white veil. The way should match the dress colour anyways. Nowadays brides opt for a short veil being 70cm long on the front side and 90cm long on the back side. Half length veil measures 370cm. A full lenght veil with tail is 700cm long. A full length veil is better suited for tall brides.
